2015 Honda Fit Delivery Delayed

The highly anticipated 2015 Honda Fit was supposed to arrive at dealerships in the United States in April, but a quality control issue has caused the delivery to be delayed by a couple months and won’t arrive until the second week of June.

According to this article, “According to Automotive News, Honda spokesman Chris Martin didn’t detail the exact quality defects the Fit faces, only that it’s “not some major rework.”

“We understand there’s a lot of people who are eager to try out the 2015 Honda Fit,” said Tod McLaughlin, general manager at Apple Valley Honda dealership in Wenatchee. “Really, it’s a good thing Honda caught this now before they where delivered. Honda takes delivering a high-quality product seriously and a few weeks delay will prevent some headaches for future owners.”

Plan on stopping by Apple Valley Honda, Northwest Honda, or Sims Honda dealerships the second week of June to take the 2015 Honda Fit for a test drive and find out why critics are raving about it!
